The truth is I really didn't have the time or the energy to create this site, but after 10 years of hoping someone would come along and make a home to represent Brown lifestyle and culture, so here we are, sitting on a site that I have ended up making.

What's the point? you may ask, I have asked myself a million gazillion times, well the point is when I see a brown face like that of Riz Ahmed on the front cover of TIME magazine or in Marvel's Venom, or Humble the poet becoming an international best selling author, or maybe Manara doing a Bolier Room set, or Divine being signed to Mass Appeal, Nucleya playing World Dance Festival, or Kayper spinning with Jazzy Jeff, I get goosebumps, every cell in my body vibrates, my chest elates and all I want to do is scream and shout and tell the world.

I'm tired of Brown people not being able to sit at the table with equal rights, a song by Raxstar will be sent to Asian Network but not 1Xtra. I have witnessed so much amazing talent from people like Inkquisitive and Vik Kainth with their art to Lilly Singh aka Superwoman doing a World Tour and even Sickick playing 6fest and doing a documentary with Honda, you know those moments when u say WOW HOLY FAAAAK WOW.  I want to celebrate that, the hard working champion brown people of the world.

THAT IS THE POINT, thats why I have made this site so we can check every day to see what's going on and grow our community together. I'm not here to segregate but to instil pride in our culture so we can fly our flag and take the spice pallet we have to the rest of the world to share our flavour.
