“Hi Uncle” is the first official hip hop single release by Su Real and Dutty Deedz, who produce hip hop beats together under the moniker Real Dutty Beats.

The song features rap vocals by MC Altaf, one of the most exciting young members of Indian rap icon Divine’s Gully Gang roster, along with scratch DJ’ing by DJ Skip, one of India’s most renown turntablists. The hard-hitting beat produced in collaboration between Su Real and Dutty Deedz gives nods to diverse global influences and trends as well as old school ‘90s hip hop elements. Altogether the song is a fitting introduction to the Real Dutty Beats project. The lyrics were composed by MC Altaf just after his association with the bollywood film Gully Boy catapulted him into the limelight. He addresses conversations with his family members and neighborhood community about his growing success as well as the meaning of hip hop culture and how it can be a positive influence in India.
