This week we have a new remix from DJ Scarlett88. Taking the well-known classic “I’m Sprung by T-Pain”, Scarlett88 has added her own spin on the track by combining a melodic harmony with an overall lo-fi vibe.
I discovered Scarlett a couple of months ago watching her streams on Twitch and let me just tell you, the energy she holds and transfers across to the crowd that tune in is one not to miss. Based in NYC, Scarlett88 plays at some of the hottest clubs in NYC, NJ and beyond. She often performs at PHD Terrace, Tao Downtown and LAVO. Playing a range of music from Hip-hop, Reggaeton, Bollywood and more, Scarlett88 has an irresistible energy while spinning some of the most unique mixes. I mean, if you were holding the title of an Ableton Live Certified Producer, why wouldn’t you?
Hearing her spin mashups and remixes of popular tracks that we all love, I hit her up to find out more about her producing ventures during the lockdown. She mentioned to me that she has an email list for DJs to who she sends exclusive edits to and once finding this out I hit that subscribe button.
